Business Credibility
Partners must demonstrate a consistent track record of legitimate, professional operation.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a registered Canadian business (BC Registry or CRA business number)
Minimum 2 years in operation or proven management experience in the field
Active Google Business Profile with 4.0+ star rating with real verified reviews
Clear, professional digital presence (website, or at minimum Facebook/Instagram business page)
No unresolved complaints (BBB, Google, or social media) within the last 12 months
Professional Conduct
Partners agree to uphold ECG Synergy’s code of professionalism in all interactions.
Our Standards:
Transparent pricing and honest communication with clients and partners
Reliable follow-through on commitments
Respectful conduct toward other partners — collaboration over competition
No aggressive sales tactics or reputation-harming behavior
Must respond promptly to ECG communication (within 48 hours)
Quality Assurance
Because ECG Synergy recommends and cross-promotes its partners, quality control is essential.
Partners Must:
Deliver work that meets or exceeds industry standards
Provide at least 2 client references (recent, verifiable)
Submit project photos or proof of past work for listing on ECGSynergy.com
Accept periodic feedback or light review from the ECG team (to protect group reputation)
Network Collaboration Guidelines
ECG Synergy includes multiple verified professionals in each category.
Partners are encouraged to cross-refer and collaborate when possible
Maintain active participation through at least one shared post, tag, or referral per quarter
Represent the ECG Synergy network with professionalism and mutual respect
Good Standing
Continued membership depends on:
Maintaining a 4.0+ rating
Meeting communication and quality expectations
Staying active within the network
Members falling below standards will be offered a 30-day improvement review. If issues remain unresolved, membership may be paused or revoked to protect the network’s reputation.
